The Lighthouse Restaurant
Boasting two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, the Art Deco inspired Lighthouse Restaurant, aboard the former Northern Lighthouse Board tender ship Fingal, provides guests with exquisite dishes, bursting with flavour. Created onboard by Restaurant Chef Andrea Sendon Alonso and the passionate Galley team, they aim to showcase Scotland’s best seasonal produce in welcoming, nautical surroundings.
The Kitchin
Opened by chef Tom Kitchin and his wife Michaela in 2006 and a proud holder of a Michelin star for 19 consecutive years. The chef’s ethos of ‘From Nature to Plate®’ is reflected in his modern British creations, sourcing only the finest, local ingredients from Scotland’s larder. Diners delight in watching the chef and his team through a window in the stylish main dining room, transforming the cooking of their meal into a captivating performance.
Port of Leith Distillery Restaurant & Bar
Taking the dining experience in Edinburgh's historic whisky district with its top floor bar and restaurant to new heights, guests to the world’s first vertical distillery enjoy elevated views across Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth as they dine on carefully curated small plates.
Restaurant Martin Wishart
One of Scotland’s most well know chefs, Martin Wishart, opened his Leith-based Restaurant Martin Wishart in 1999, receiving a Michelin star in 2001 which they have retained ever since. The chef is known for creative and interesting modern European dishes using ingredients sourced as locally as possible.
Barry Fish
Recently opened by chef Barry Bryson, this independent fish restaurant prioritises getting the finest fish and shellfish from Scotland’s waters and the best seasonal produce from UK farmers and fishermen.
Heron
Currently holding one Michelin star, Heron, headed up by chef Sam York, offers diners a tasting or an à la carte menu full to the brim with skilfully created dishes crafted with the best items from Scottish and British producers. Guests view the Water of Leith through the large windows as they enjoy their culinary experience.
The Little Chartroom
Chef Roberta Hall-McCarron’s menu is inspired by the seasons, using produce that is currently available, reflecting the country’s offerings from land and sea. The intimate restaurant, with its open kitchen, invites diners to witness the chefs hard at work, creating their delicious dishes.
